National PTA: Field Services and Training
  • Goal: to provide information as well as training/learning in areas of critical knowledge, the acquisition of skills and range of behaviors needed for excellent performance.
  • Through both distance learning and face-to-face training, serves leaders at the national, state, council, and unit levels, and any PTA member, in facilitating the mission.
  • Includes:

  • A computer-based training program.
  • Accessible 24 hours a day and seven days a week via the internet.
  • Courses take about 20 – 30 minutes.
  • Minimum Basic Requirements
    • Browser: Internet Explorer 5.0 or later, Netscape Navigator 4.08 or later
    • Browser plug-in: Macromedia Flash Player 5 or later
    • Adobe Acrobat Reader version 4.0 or later
    • Recommended modem connection speed of 56k or faster
    • Minimum monitor resolution: 800 X 600
