- Coordinate educational issues with the office of Equity and Assurance
- Bring educational effecting minorities to council
- Inform PTAs of the issues pertaining to minority achievement in the county school system
- Encourage local units to include minority achievement activities in their PTA program through BULLETIN articles and workshops where appropriate
- Act as a liaison to minority achievement committees and groups throughout the county
- Share information with local units
